Information Category (glossary)
An element of a classification scheme describing the information needs of managers. 'Practical Software Management' defines seven of these:
- Schedule and progress
- Resources and cost
- Product size and stability
- Product quality
- Process performance
- Technology effectiveness
- Customer satisfaction
