An element of a classification scheme describing the information needs of managers. 'Practical Software Management' defines seven of these:

  • Schedule and progress
  • Resources and cost
  • Product size and stability
  • Product quality
  • Process performance
  • Technology effectiveness
  • Customer satisfaction
