Figure 4 is obsolete. Many of the SEBoK KA and Topic names have changed since this figure was drawn. For example, "Transfer for Use" is now called "System Deployment", "Operation" is now "Operation of the System", "System Maintenance and Logistic Support" is now two topics "System Maintenance" and "Logistics", "System Update / Upgrade" is now "Capability Updates, Upgrades, and Modernization", and "System Disposal" is now "Disposal and Retirement". Maintenance also includes a new topic called "Service Life Extension"

The discussion of iteration, recursion, and SoI applies to all of Part 3 and would be better moved to the Part 3 Introduction, which already covers these topics to some extent. Keeping it here is redundant. Instead, this article could mention that the concepts of Iteration and Recursion are important and point to the Part 3 Introduction. Likewise, for SoI.

Too many of the sections in the article read as a tutorial without specific citations or references provided. These should be summarized further with pointers to the literature.

The first 3 paragraphs of the section about the importance of an ontology applies to all of Part 3 and would be better moved to the Part 3 Introduction.

The Approaches supported by the ontology is a bit redundant with the previously discussed Top-down and Bottom-up approaches. These should be combined and reduced.

Primary references should have links to the reference articles.
