While it is logical to assume that once a system has been defined using the Systems Approach that Owning and Making Use of a System might be a logical topic. However, this is not a topic discovered in the literature. The Systems Engineering topic of Owning and Operating a System elaborates on this topic. Hence it is left for future authors to elaborate on this topic within the framework of the Systems Approach.
