(1) A person or a group of people and facilities with an arrangement of responsibilities, authorities and relationship. (ISO/IEC 2008)

(2) company, corporation, government, not-for-profit or other legally constituted body, including associations, clubs, partnerships, government agencies, publicly listed companies, private companies and sole traders, that has its own function(s) and administration. (ISO/IEC 38500:2008, 1.6.10)
