1. This is a very important topic, but this article is totally inadequate as it stands. The main statement is: "This section is in early draft form; it will be completed for SEBoK version 0.5."
 
 
 
A brief outline of Process Approaches and Practical Considerations is provided, but there are very little details and zero references. The 1/4 page of text that is provided is a good start, but Life Cycle Cost Modeling should be discussed in this topic area as well. Pitfalls could be highlighted, such as parts that pass acceptance test in the factory may fail the same tests in the field if a different type of test device (say digital versus analog voltmeter) is used.

This topic is NOT ready for SEBOK 0.5. However this looks like a submittal from months ago. Is there a current version?
