(MJW) The scope seems appropriate however, some material seems to be missing. The section labeled "Quality attributes for products" is empty. The section labeled "Design for quality" needs to say more. It feels very incomplete. There should be at least one reference for the Six Sigma section.

I made some very minor grammatical changes, but the section labeled "Statistical process control" has many grammatical errors and awkward sentences. It needs more complete editing.

None of the terms that are linked to the glossary have a a glossary entry.

References--there should be at least one reference for the Six Sigma material. Reference list may need formatting work, no primary reference, etc.
