1. Table 1 - For certifiers, no mention of preparers of profession-wide certification programs (e.g., ICSE and IEEE).

2. Table 1 - How about those preparing SE Standards?

Garry Roedler: Agree with Tom on the two changes for Table 1. For the second addition, I would expand it to include those preparing standards and other industry-wide SE direction or guidance.
